Shipping and payment

Any order placed on the site will be dispatched within  7 working days (i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays and holidays - indicated where applicable on social networks and on the website pop-up).
This period does not include the carrier's delivery time.
Indeed, at the validation of your order, the delivery times of the carriers are clearly indicated.

We try to send your orders as quickly as possible (usually within 48 working hours), our flower candles being made on demand and by hand in our workshop.
During periods of high demand (end of year celebrations, Mother's Day, etc.), the period can be extended to 7 working days.
In this case, we indicate the deadlines for ordering by carrier to receive your package on time.

No delivery rush is accepted.
We do not take into account the notes in the orders indicating delivery dates to be respected.

How to make sure a candle burns evenly ?

Make sure your candle sits upright and away from drafts on a flat surface.
Remove any wick or match residue from the candle container. These residues can disrupt the combustion process and cause your candle to smoke, flicker or leak. If necessary, refocus the wick.
If your candle has several wicks, light them all systematically so that the candle burns on any surface.
In order to enjoy the candle for a long time, burn it for a maximum of 1h30 per use.

Aren't the dried flowers likely to catch fire?

The candles have been designed so that this does not happen: the wooden wicks have been placed far enough away so that the flames do not touch the dried flowers. The dried flowers are themselves treated against fire with an all-natural product by us.
If the flame touches a flower, it turns black and burns.
Make sure that the candle is not placed in a draught!
In this case, the flames could deviate from their trajectory and blacken your flowers.

No risk does not exist. Prevention is better than cure: if you fear that a flower touches the flame, remove it! If the flowers are close to the wicks: remove the flowers! If you have the slightest apprehension: remove the flowers!

You will have understood: a little common sense and precautions before each use. Safety takes precedence over decoration.
